As part of National Apprenticeship Week 2023, I attended the Hospitality Apprenticeship Showcase, where around 100 apprentices from employers across the country, including my own constituent, Thomas Pawsey, showcased their skills along with representatives from education, training providers, the media, and trade associations.
Hospitality is a vital part of the British economy, which in 2021 contributed to almost half of the UK’s economic growth from Q1 to Q2 of 2021.
