I recently popped into the Scope Charity Shop in Kenilworth to drop off some donation. While there, I spoke to the Area Manager Carl, who showed me around the shop. During the visit, I also talked with him about my Private Members Bill Taxis and Private Hire Vehicles (Disabled Persons) Bill.
