The Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Scheme will see £343 million of capital funding and £37.8 million of capability funding allocated to local authorities across England, of which Warwickshire has been allocated £3,295,000. This will significantly scale up the delivery of local chargepoints, ensure local authorities have dedicated staff to undertake the planning and delivery of charging infrastructure and help leverage further private investment.
