Congratulations to Rowan Parker, who has been awarded the Warwickshire Community and Voluntary Action (WCAVA) Individual Creative and Heritage Volunteer Award for 2019. Rowan, who is 90, has actively participated in a range of groups in Southam over many years and has been Mayor of Southam twice.
