On 13th November 2015, I submitted my petition to AP4 of the HS2 Hybrid Bill. The APs, or Additional Provisions are changes to the route that require additional land and powers under the Hybrid Bill and in this phase include changes in the Stoneleigh and Kenilworth areas.
