The brainchild of the town’s Chamber of Trade, ‘The Worthies Awards’ is the first ever dedicated awards ceremony in Kenilworth – for Kenilworth, and has been set up to thank the businesses, people and organisations who put the ‘worth’ in Kenilworth.
The evening was the perfect opportunity to offer recognition to the many and varied businesses and community groups that we are so lucky to have in the town, as well as some remarkable individuals.
I was thrilled to be able to be there on the night and experience the wonderful atmosphere first hand. It felt like a real and very professional awards ceremony.
The whole event was a resounding success and thanks must go to the organisers, particularly Richard Hales and Seanna Holland, the Chamber Committee, the sponsors, the judging panel and all those who voted.
Huge congratulations to all the nominees and winners – and keep an eye out for details of how to enter The Worthies 2017!
