I share what will be the great disappointment of many constituents and local businesses that Warwickshire, and in particular South Warwickshire, will remain in Tier 3 until the end of the year. Although I accept that virus case rates have risen recently, the case rate is still substantially lower than when the county was first placed in the highest tier of restrictions and I remain of the view that it would be much more sensible to determine restrictions at a more local level than still appears to be the case. I will be continuing to make that argument.
