The elections on May the 4th will be the first in England to require photo ID. Applications for free voter ID must be made before 5pm on Tuesday the 25th of April. To apply for a Voter Authority Certificate please apply at www.gov.uk/apply-for-photo-id-voter-authority-certificate or apply for and submit a paper form to the Warwick District Council Electoral Services Team by email at [email protected].
