Households with traditional prepayment meters have until the end of June to use their energy bills support vouchers, if they haven’t done so already. New figures show record number of prepayment meter customers are claiming support, with £130 million still available for this month. Further, the number of vouchers cashed in has reached an all-time high, with over 83% of vouchers now used. However, there are still some vouchers that have not been used.
Vouchers expire after 90 days, however if your voucher does expire, you can ask for it to be reissued. Your supplier will contact you if you do not redeem your voucher.
